I just ordered flowers for my brothers memorial service. I was beyond pleased with the floral arrangements that were made. We had an unusual shaped urn and they were able to make a beautiful arrangement for around the urn and other matching floral arrangements. The flowers they used were very fresh and fragrant. They did a beautiful job!!

We first used Burlington Florist 25 years ago when our daughter and family moved close to them. The flowers are always fresh and arrangements pretty. Their delivery service is spot on; the personnel pleasant, helpful and responsive. This time we ordered the "deal of the day", where they pick the flowers and arrangement. Our daughter was as pleased as always, promptly sending a photo of the arrangement to us. Another 5/5, we were not disappointed and will continue to use them as well as recommend them!

Thank you so much for the last minute semi formal flowers with the perfect mint color ribbon and also for making a beautiful dozen roses arrangement. All on a Friday night at 445pm when burlington was also having a prom. You guys are great!!! Flowers are always beautiful and made with care.

We sent flowers to my 95 year old aunt, from my 91 year old Mom with dementia just to brighten her day. They don’t get to see each other very often these days. She called to let me know the flowers are beautiful, she loves them. They interrupted her cleaning which was a welcome surprise. She said the delivery woman carried the flowers back down the hall for her to her unit - so nice!! I had a previous bad experience trying to send these flowers with a different shop. I inadvertently got an internet shop not in the area, with customer service in China. When the flowers never showed up, they were no help and said I missed the complaint window. Long story short, they never delivered and I had to file a complaint with my credit card. Thank you so much for handling my order and the delivery with the care you did. And I was notified within minutes that the flowers had been delivered. I will definitely be using you again!

The ordering of the flowers with the Happy Birthday balloon was easy. The responsiveness of the owner was great when I inquired about when the delivery would arrive. She was very personable. My aunt loved the flowers and balloon. We visited her yesterday and the arrangement was beautiful. It had her favorite color in the arrangement (yellow flowers). This was the first time using this florist but it won't be my last time. Thank you very much!

I ordered the flowers at about 10 am and the most beautiful arrangement arrived early afternoon at the rehabilitation hospital. I ordered the “deal of the day” figuring it would be the freshest flowers and they sure are! I forgot to say no lilies and thankfully they didn’t include them. (I imagine they know that strong smelling flowers aren’t ideal for a hospital setting.). And the vase is green - not clear which I love. I recommend them highly. Thank you making the process easy and delivering a high quality product!
